About Us
Jenny Katz and Alyse Utley have partnered to support mission-driven organizations since 2016. We have a combined 30+ years working within and supporting nonprofit organizations. We bring a shared passion, complementary skills, and a track record of success.
Jenny has worked in social justice for over 18 years in recruitment, teaching, school support, talent, and operations. At her core she believes in people and has led equity-focused talent and operations practices, at New Schools for New Orleans and as a consultant.
Jenny lives in New Orleans with her family and loves live music, reading, candy, and Mardi Gras.
Alyse has spent her career working in talent, as a teacher, and in non-profit organizations. Throughout her career, she has honed a love for and expertise in designing and implementing a project management approach aligned to an organization’s mission, values, and culture.
Alyse lives in New Orleans with her family and loves crossword puzzles, fries, legos, and Mardi Gras.
